Cupping

What Is Cupping Good For?

Cupping  is an ancient form of therapy that uses glass or plastic suction cups on the neck, shoulders and back. It is good for reducing pain, inflammation, and cough, and to increase blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and used  as a type of deep-tissue massage. When combined with acupuncture, cupping is even more powerful to reduce pain or relieve coughing.

Does Cupping Have Side Effects?

It doesn’t hurt, but can often leave purple marks that can last for a few days.
